    A few plain answers

    Before you come in.

A little clarity can make the first step easier. For scheduling or insurance questions, get in touch below.

    Ask an office question
Can you help if I already have a CPAP?

Yes. A visit can focus on your current PAP treatment, including your mask, comfort, settings, and supplies. Andrew can review what has and has not worked and discuss next steps based on your evaluation.

Can everyone use a home sleep study?

Home testing is appropriate for many adults with suspected obstructive sleep apnea. Certain heart, lung, neurologic, or complex sleep conditions may require in-lab testing or specialist evaluation instead.

What if I cannot tolerate CPAP?

Start by talking about the parts that are difficult. Options may include changes to your PAP setup, an oral appliance pathway, weight treatment, or a specialist referral. Advanced PAP modes, medications, and procedures require individualized evaluation and are not appropriate for everyone.

    Do you accept insurance?

The insurance tracker shows the practice’s reported status for sleep and weight care, including Original Medicare (Part B) as accepted. Use the Medicare Advantage selector to check your plan. Coverage varies; call to confirm before a visit or test. Self-pay is also available.

Do I have to come to the office?

Visits can be in our Gresham office or by video for Oregon patients. Your evaluation guides the right setting for your care. Both sites use the same patient portal.

    What does weight care involve?

Weight care starts with your health history, goals, and an individualized review of evidence-based options, including medication when appropriate. Follow-up may include medication monitoring and adjustments. Choose “Weight management visit” on the appointment request form.

    Contact the office

Let's make the next step clear.
